Primer / Cleaner is the first and second phase of preparation for eyelash extensions. Eyelash degreasing is important because it contributes to a better bond between the natural and artificial eyelashes. Increases eyelash adhesion! Primer is the basis for the optimal hold of the artificial eyelashes on the natural eyelashes.

For professional use after appropriate training or instruction.
